Sampson (Sammy)

Hi, My name is Sampson, but I prefer Sammy or Sam. Sampson sounds so formal and I’m a happy-go-lucky, laid back, go with the flow kind of guy. I am a 4 year old neutered male, I am housebroken and have all my shots and I am also good with dogs and kids. My foster parents say I am a good looking yellow fellow.

I was very well cared for and had a good life, but my owners did not have enough time for me. They wanted me to find a good home, so they called LRR.

I am having a great time in my foster homes. I enjoy playing and snuggling with other dogs. I would love a home with a canine companion or two. I like meeting lots of new people and children, going for car rides and daily walks. I walk very nicely on a leash. One wonderful thing about my foster homes is they have endless supplies of tennis balls! I love to retrieve tennis balls; but, if you get tired throwing for me, I will go get a squeaky ball to carry around – love those squeaky balls too! I like to squeak them every so often to let my foster parents know I’m here. Another great thing about my foster homes is spending time with people. Love those belly rubs, ear scratches and cuddles. There’s not much I don’t like, except the crate. Good thing I am so well behaved in the house. I don’t chew inappropriate things or get into anything I shouldn’t. I am a perfect gentleman. I just lie on the bed with my canine pals while my foster parents are at work.

As much as I enjoy my foster homes, I really would like a place to call my own.If you are looking for lots of love, tons of loyalty and you have a good throwing arm, I am your man.
