Hey there! My name is Shelby. What a cutie I am!!! See that gorgeous face??!!
Seems that I was a stray. Someone took me in and held onto me for a while to see if anyone claimed me. No one did, so I was turned into the local shelter. Now I am with LRR - thank goodness!
Everyone thinks I am about 2 years old. I am a yellow, spayed female with apricot colored ears and markings. I am good with cats, dogs, kids and I love people. Hugging and being petted are my favorite things - so my new home needs to be good at those. I am housebroken, very good and quiet in my crate, I ride in the car nicely, and I am just a good girl. I don’t know any commands, but I am willing to learn and eager to please - pet me, give me biscuits and I am at your beck and call!
LRR thinks that I may have either lived outdoors or have been outside for a long time. Right now my coat is thick and needs lots brushing, which my foster mom is working on. So, one day, I will be even more beautiful than I am now.
