Panther

Hi folks! My name is Panther. I am a black male, born 3/15/2009 (that makes me a teenager!). I am neutered, housebroken, crate trained, have all of my vaccinations and I love to play with my canine friends and I love the water! I grew up with kids. I weigh about 70 lbs.

About my name, I came to LRR with that name, and we all hope that when I get a new home, I’ll get a new name too!

My family loved me and tried to care for me, but one of the children got sick so they couldn’t keep me. They gave me to a man that didn’t take care of me, so I left and found my way back home - 2 times. After that, they called LRR, so here I am. LRR got me neutered, made sure I had all of my vaccinations and started me on my journey to find my new forever home. And I have been having so much fun.

All of my foster homes really like me. Even tho I am young, I am pretty well behaved, a nice medium energy boy. I love people and I love playing with other dogs, here at LRR they say I am very social.

Let’s see what would be my ideal home? I’d love to have another dog to play with or some kids, but I could be happy with an adult person that wants to spend time with me. I’d love to be in a place where I could go swimming or at least have a “doggie” pool to romp in - I love to get in the doggie pool and lay on my back! I’d like for someone to take me to obedience training, it would be so much fun and afterall, I am young and impressionable.

Hope to meet you all really soon - I’m off for dip in the pool!
