Raven

My name is Raven. I am a black female, age 2.5 and I weigh 85 lbs. I am housebroken, good with dogs, kids and cats. I am also spayed and crated trained. My foster families are learning that I also talk a bit when I am excited.

I came to LRR because my family couldn’t take care of me anymore. There were two small children and my mom was in a wheelchair. They were getting ready to move to house that would be more suitable for my Mom. I was very well cared for.

Well, more about me! All of my foster homes love, love, love me. They all tell me what a good girl I am and how sweet I am. I love the kids, I roll over on my back so they can rub my belly - I really do have them trained! I love to play with the other dogs, and I’ll chase the cats if they run, but I have no real interest in them.

I have been at one foster home with a pool. I am not a water girl - the pool doesn’t interest me at all. But being with people and hanging out with them while they are sit around the pool, that’s my kind of activity.

I am a medium energy dog. I will play outside with you if you’d like, or cuddling and watching a good movie will work too. I do love to go for walks too.

Soon I hope to meet some folks that will be interested in making me a new family member. I’ll wait patiently while LRR looks for just the right family for me.
