Emmitt

My name is Emmitt. I am an adorable yellow neutered male. I am about 2- 2.5 years old and as happy as can be. I am housebroken, up to date on my shots and crate-trained.

I was given up to a shelter because my family had to move to an apartment. The shelter I was taken to was over crowded so they moved me to a less crowded shelter where LRR came and took a quick look at me and found me fun. My happy personality won them over quickly.

I am not a huge fan of GOING into my crate, but once settled I just rest and take a nap. I probably do still need a crate for a while since I am a curious younger labbie. I am sure you would not want me to get into any thing that might hurt me while you are working.

I do know how to sit, down and shake. I am not the best labbie on a leash, but my foster mom has started working with me on a gentle leader to get me so that I did not pull. In only a week, I have impressed her with my ability to learn. So, while I am by no means an obedience champion, I can learn!

I love playing chase in the backyard with the other rescue labbies. I do smile and snap the air when I am excited.

It would certainly make me smile if you would like to send in an application and come meet me.
